Whole world is struggling with Covid-19 pandemic specially US while US-China relations is in free fall. Tension between two economic giants are getting warmer.
Naval excercise: China conducted naval drill between 1st July to 5th July in South China sea. US responded it by conducting naval exercise in South China sea on 4th July, the Independence day of USA. US Navy showed their presence with it's giant aircraft carrier USS Nimitz and USS Ronald Reagan.
China showed their concerns and said US wants interrupt peace in South China sea. China warns US Navy by their DF-21D and DF-26 missiles, China claims it can destroy Aircraft Carrier.

While US Navy ignored China's threat. US Navy said to support of a free and open Indo-Pacific region is the main reason behind exercise. China claims they own whole South China region.
Abruptly order to shutdown consulate: US abruptly ordered China to shutdown their consulate in Houston in next 72 hours by accusing them spying activities of their science and technology. China calls it illegal.
After US decision, Consulate's employees found burning their documents in buildings courtyard. After completion of 72 hours, US Officers forcefully entered in China's consulate in Houston. China calls it violation of Vienna conventions.
India China tension will rise more?
In response China ordered closer of US consulate in Chengdu. Later they took control over the US Consulate building.
Calling Xi Jinping as a General Secretary of China, sign of Dictatorship: US officials started to call Xi Jinping 'General Secretary' instead of China's president. US said Xi Jinping is not chosen by public, so he doesn't have support of their Citizens. Now Jinping annouced himself as a life time president so he doesn't have even support of CCP members.
A president is the one who has support of their own people, US said Jinping lost his party's supports when he announced himself as a lifetime President. It's kind of Dictatorship.
What options India has to face China's aggression.

Why China Won't attack on India?
US-China Trade Deficit: In US-China trade deficit is very big in China's favour. So few months ago US said they may finish all relations with China. But US Badly dependent on China for rare minerals.
US President Election and Trump's last Move : US 59th president Election will held in Nov 2020. Trump's Geopolitics around the world isn't positive sign for US citizens. Covid-19 pandemic is out of control in US. It's Trump's last checkmate plan to do something big against China to get US citizens attention and support and Trump won't miss this chance.
Joint Naval exercise: US and India conducted naval exercise near straight of Malacca and sends Direct message to China. Now US tried to pressure Australian Navy to conduct Naval exercise in South China sea.
Boycott China is a good Option?
Seems like US trying to provoke China, says two economic giant is heading towards Cold War. It's not good sign. After Covid-19 vaccine and US election, scenario May change.
